The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a wood frame in Beverly Square West, a brownstone in Clinton Hill and a brick row house in Windsor Terrace.

Bed Stuy is popular this week with several listings, but the rest are scattered across the borough. The least expensive of the bunch is a Cobble Hill condo at $695,000 and the most expensive is a Bed Stuy brownstone at $3.7 million.

And it’s in an interesting building: the former South Brooklyn Savings Bank built in 1871 at 191 Clinton Street, at the corner of Atlantic Avenue, in the Cobble Hill Historic District. For a studio, the place has a fair amount to offer, including a fair sized kitchen that’s set off from the main living space.

5. This Fiske Terrace Edwardian needs some attention, but it’s got a lot to offer: acres of space, some prime detail, a big front porch, sunroom and garage. It’s at 776 East 18th Street in the Fiske Terrace-Midwood Park Historic District; it was designed in 1907 as part of the original Fiske Terrace development, built on what had previously been farmland.

4. Here’s an extra-large Bed Stuy brownstone packed with rare original details, including a Juliet balcony and a whopping 10 decorative mantels. It’s located at 105 MacDonough Street in the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District, and the asking price, which will break records if reached, doesn’t fully match the serviceable renovation — past record-setters in the neighborhood have combined impressive original details with equally impressive updates.
