If you’re planning to take advantage of the sunny and relatively warm weather this weekend to see some open houses, we’ve got four picks in move-in condition and with some enviable features. One is in Windsor Terrace, one in Flatbush south of Prospect Park, and the final two are in Bed Stuy.

First up, in the Beverly Square West micro-nabe of Flatbush, a three-story standalone wood frame with a large front porch, side patio and a back terrace. The living and dining room are both spacious, with the latter boasting a significant amount of oak wainscoting. The modern kitchen has heated floors, a “breakfast booth” and an envious amount of custom cabinets, and one of the two full-baths has a standalone tub and a glassed-in shower. If you like a drink, there’s also a temperature-controlled wine cellar.

Next, not far away in Windsor Terrace, a brick row house less than half a block from Prospect Park. According to the listing, this is only the third time this two-family has been on the market since its construction. Nicely renovated and brimming with attractive period details including original millwork, stained glass and a clawfoot tub, it’s currently configured as a two-bedroom rental over an owner’s duplex. There’s a covered front porch and a fireplace with a carved wooden mantel and green tile.

Over in Bed Stuy, we have a recently renovated three-story brownstone on Jefferson Avenue, between Patchen and Malcolm X. Boulevard. There’s an owners duplex over a garden level rental with backyard access, which the listing says will be delivered vacant. The two interior photos available show an updated open kitchen and original details in the living room and the entry foyer.

To wrap it up, remaining in Bed Stuy and only a few blocks away, there’s this charming, pocket-size brick one-family townhouse on Bainbridge Street. No floor plan for this one, but the images show a renovated eat-in kitchen with a wall of exposed brick and beams, attractive mosaic tile in the entrance, a claw foot tub in the large master bathroom and a backyard that boasts a “zen shed.”
