If you’re planning to take advantage of the sunny and relatively warm weather this weekend to see some open houses, we’ve got four picks in move-in condition and with some enviable features. One is in Windsor Terrace, one in Flatbush south of Prospect Park, and the final two are in Bed Stuy.

First up, in the Beverly Square West micro-nabe of Flatbush, a three-story standalone wood frame with a large front porch, side patio and a back terrace. The living and dining room are both spacious, with the latter boasting a significant amount of oak wainscoting. The modern kitchen has heated floors, a “breakfast booth” and an envious amount of custom cabinets, and one of the two full-baths has a standalone tub and a glassed-in shower. If you like a drink, there’s also a temperature-controlled wine cellar.

Next, not far away in Windsor Terrace, a brick row house less than half a block from Prospect Park.
