Another week, another look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Bed Stuy, Clinton Hill and Park Slope. How did they fare?

Starting off, we’ve come across a few different configurations of the same floor plan within the Clinton Hill Cooperatives, the World War II-era housing complex designed by Harrison, Fouilhoux & Abramovitz to serve Navy Yard workers. This unit, 8H in the south campus of the 12-building complex, is a one-bedroom converted into a two-bedroom and nicely renovated. This former Co-op of the Day sold in December for the asking price of $699,00.

Next, as Bed Stuy brownstones go, this circa 1890 one with a painted facade of rough-faced bands and lintels and a pronounced cornice with long corbels and incised panels is one of the finest we’ve come across in recent memory. 608 MacDonough Street has most of its original details intact, and they’re pretty high end and in top condition. This former House of the Day sold in January for $1.6 million, which was $100,000 over the asking price.

In Clinton Hill, 14 Lefferts Place is a slim Anglo-Italianate brick house with center stair. It’s also a four-story two-family, according to the listing, currently configured as one. It’s got hardwood floors, high ceilings and some lovely curving features matching the arched entry and eyebrow lintels, including a gracefully curling banister and garden landscaped with rounded brick borders and stone paving. This former Open House Pick entered contract in February.

Finally, on and off the market for years, this five-story, sprawling, 8,000-square-feet limestone mansion in Park Slope is about as maximalist as can be imagined. 108 8th Avenue was built as the residence of a local developer in 1900 and served as a stand-in for 1870s upper 5th Avenue in Martin Scorcese’s “The Age of Innocence” and 1920s Atlantic City in the HBO series “Boardwalk Empire.” This former House of the Day is currently off the market.
