We’ve got no fewer than four flips among this weekend’s open house picks. That means they’re all newly renovated from top to bottom, and need nothing but a willing buyer. All are in Bed Stuy, one of the largest neighborhoods in Brooklyn and a favorite among developers.

First up, a brownstone on Van Buren Street in Stuy Heights that is “way cooler than anything you’ve seen till now,” according to the livelier-than-average listing copy. It’s no average gut job, either: The kitchen has marble counters, brass pendent lights, tile laid in a herringbone pattern, and a Bertazzoni range.

The property is configured with a three-bedroom triplex for the owner, which incorporates a finished basement, and a pair of one-bedroom rentals above. Features include a video intercom and surveillance camera systems and an HVAC system with WiFi thermostats. The brownstone facade has recently been restored, according to the listing.

Not far off at 549 Monroe Street, we’ve got a three-story with an attractive red brick facade. This one’s got an upper owner’s duplex and a one-bedroom rental on the garden level. The duplex has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and an open-plan parlor floor with exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an original marble mantel.

On nearby Lexington Avenue is a three-story that’s got quite a few points in common with the last one, though it’s more traditional and less modern in its finishes. It’s likewise got a brick facade, a garden rental and an upper duplex with three bedrooms (if you count one that’s small and windowless), two-and-a-half baths and an open-plan parlor floor with exposed brick and a marble mantel (actually two in this case).

We’re headed to Louis Place for the last one, not far from Atlantic Avenue. There we find a semi-detached two-family house next to a vacant lot. This one’s got a three-bedroom lower duplex for the owner and a two-bedroom apartment above. The finishes are more basic, but as with the previous ones, everything is new, including the bricked-in rear patio.
