Eliot Spitzer, Dave Maundrell Headline Year-End Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable
Spitzer’s ODA-designed mega-project on Kent Avenue in Williamsburg began rising in June.
Eliot Spitzer, former New York governor and current head of Spitzer Enterprises, and David J. Maundrell III, the Executive Vice President of New Development for Brooklyn and Queens at Citi Habitats, will speak at the last Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable of the year.
In Brooklyn, Spitzer Enterprises is behind the boxy ODA-designed $750 million mega-project on the waterfront just south of the Domino Sugar site at 416-420 Kent Avenue. The three-tower, 857-unit residential development began rising in June.
At Citi Habitats, Maundrell works on marketing campaigns and sales/leasing strategies with developers, including Spitzer Enterprise’s Kent Avenue development. He founded the Williamsburg-based brokerage aptsandlofts.com, which was purchased by Citi Habitats in 2015.
The quarterly luncheon takes place November 14 at the Brooklyn Historical Society from noon to 2 p.m. and will include a networking reception and plated lunch.
