With summer just around the corner, you may be experiencing high cravings for a beach-adjacent abode. Luckily, Brooklyn has no shortage of sandy seaside stretches. In fact, southern Brooklyn was once home to a bevy of beach resorts.

We’ve rounded up a handful of excellent rentals just a few blocks from the shores of Coney Island or Brighton Beach. The apartments range from one to three bedrooms, with prices starting at $1,850 per month.

Which would you choose?

This two-bedroom, no-fee rental is two blocks from the beach and just one block from the Q train at Ocean Parkway. The newly renovated unit has oak flooring, new appliances and lot of closet space. Fun fact: The building was developed in the 1960s by Fred C. Trump, father of presidential hopeful Donald Trump.
