The latest Watchtower property to change hands: 67 Remsen Street, a 10-unit, five-story residential building in Brooklyn Heights. The building hit the market this summer for $3.4 million. According to public records, it sold for $3,250,000. The Jehovah’s Witnesses started selling off their 25 Brooklyn properties two years ago after they decided to relocate upstate. A few other recent Watchtower sales include 183 Columbia Heights, which sold for $6.6 million, 161 Columbia Heights, and 50 Orange Street.
