This is a gorgeous building. I’ve been in another large apartment in here, and even on the third floor, I was amazed at the amount of gorgeous original detail that still remained. Prices are jaw dropping, but I can certainly understand why someone would want premium prices.

Lots of turnover there in last year, apt 7 still for sale and that has an enormous attic space.
