We noticed plenty of built-ins, panelling, fireplaces and the original marble sinks. The kitchen had been updated nicely. The home was on the market in 2006, asking $975,000, but it never sold back then. Update: as a tipster points out, 160 Maple did sell in 2006 for $970,000.
