Hot Karl Lake no more — the Karl Fischer design on Bedford Avenue between North 11th and 12th streets is now called 101 Bedford. Curbed noticed a teaser site go up a few weeks ago, and now the details are out. The development, comprised of four attached eight-story buildings, will have 351 studio, one- and two-bedroom rental units. BuzzBuzzHome previously reported that studios will begin at $2,350, one bedrooms at $3,100, and two bedrooms at $4,100. Right now the brokers are really trying to sell the amenities:

101 BEDFORD is highlighted by a host of exceptional amenities, such as the 2,500-square-foot fully-equipped fitness center, Olympic-size indoor pool with hot tub, men’s and women’s saunas, wine vault, game rooms, screening room, sound-proof recording/photography studio, business center, conference room/library, on-site parking and 24/7 doorman/concierge service. A virtual community within a community, the pet-friendly development has its own canine cleaning station, plus onsite ATM machines and even vending machines with candy, chips and soda.
