Apparently, the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy has been obtained for floors 9 through 14 and closings are being scheduled. The TCO for floors 15 and 16 is expected by the end of January with closings…

Apparently, the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy has been obtained for floors 9 through 14 and closings are being scheduled. The TCO for floors 15 and 16 is expected by the end of January with closings in March. Have any readers had their closings scheduled or take place yet?

Surprised to hear them say they’re close. I walked by yesterday, and looking up at the first 5 or 6 floors, things looked mighty bare.

Forte has started scheduling closings too. I believe the first one has already happened and a bunch are scheduled for January.
Also went to One Hanson same day as I went to Forte. Agent said no lease signed yet for commercial space but in negotiations and would not speculate on who that might be.
Model apt. did seem very well done with great finishes and had feeling of pre-war apts.
I am not moving into One Hanson but I wish I were. I think I would be excited out of mind if I were about to move into that magnificent tower.
