There will be 10 units total in the building. Building permits show an outdoor recreation area on the ground floor. The lottery listing adds that there is a washer/dryer in each units and the building has a rooftop terrace. The listing also notes that tenants are responsible for the utilities, including hot water and heat. A two month concession is being offered on initial leases.
