A Couple Quick Contracts in the Slope

A reader brought a couple of recent Slope deals to our attention. The first is 158 St. Johns Place, a HOTD last month. It was asking a cool $3.249 million when it went on the market in early May. It went into contract on June 2nd. The second is 131 Berkeley Place, a nice-looking brownstone that was asking $2.2 million. It went on the market May 5th and went into contract 20 days later. Nice.
