not sure what to make of this listing– the 2 bedroom, the most expensive, is 740 sq ft? is that a typo? facade not bad, not sure if i like it. i prefer south clinton hill to north

Oh my god! As you probably know I am a Clinton Hill cheerleader for the most part but the pricing on these for this location is just unbelievable. That being said, I kind of like the facade.
