The conversion at 499 Dean Street is now 80 percent sold. According to a broker, “The project has two units left: a two-bedroom, two bath unit priced at $649K and a 2,000 sq. ft. one bedroom plus rec room priced at $987K.” The other six one- and two-bedroom units, which hit the market back in 2009, sold from $319,410 to $590,585. A few years ago Atlantic Yards Report had a bit on the history of the two buildings that make up 499 Dean, where rent-regulated tenants used to live. Has anyone checked this place out? GMAP
