The homes range from a five-bedroom asking $3,300,000 to a six-bedroom priced at $4,025,000. You can view floor plans of the remaining seven townhouses at the developer’s website and check out renderings here. The condos, priced from $1,105,000 to $3,100,000, sold out in February. As you can see, the facade on the condo portion of the building is almost complete. Buyers are expected to be able to occupy the development this fall.
