New Dumbo development 30 Washington Street is quickly renting even though the building is not completely finished, according to Crain’s. Of the available 94 units, 36 have been rented, meaning more than a third of the building has been leased. Units include one-bedrooms that start at $3,325, one-bedrooms with home offices that start at $3,450, and two-bedrooms that start at $4,200. Showings began June 1st and the building will be fully completed in August. This is Two Tree’s sixth rental conversion in the neighborhood. You can take a tour of the finished interior over here.
