lol @ tribeca is nice.
but there’s no park!!
It’s nothing like Tribeca. Tribeca is nice.
I agree with DH on the Murray Hill thing. It is very much in demand for the young, unattached financial male types. But there are still some creative types left. Let’s just call it the new TriBeCa.
ha, heather!
and…
it’s working, creative types with jobs or couples with jobs renting in these buildings. the whole parents paying thing is just ridiculous. have you seen the people getting on and off the trains at rush hour? these folks have jobs. get a grip
(psssst, those jobs aint paying those rents tho…)

It’s not the new Murray Hill, it is the new tribeca. See, if it had more normal irish pubs it would be the new Murray Hill.

i’d say it’s somewhere in the middle.

WB is one stop from Manhattan – and, it’s fun. it’s not a deep analysis. demand is there, so prices are not going down.
“Sure it may lose some of its new found artistic roots as more families move in.”
It was known as a post art school neighborhood back in the 90s, it’s not exactly new now.
