A reader just tipped us off to the fact that the sale of 17 Prospect Park West, better known as the former home of actors Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany, has now closed. And it looks like the screen stars almost got their full asking price: Public records show that the 5,200-square-foot limestone mansion closed for $8,450,000 on November 17. Highest price ever for Park Slope, right?

  1. Oh, how I love to amuse people….silly geese!

Here you cobble…NO hidden posts, it’s all there.

From ‘What the Census Says About Us’
“Biff just because you like your Ass barbecued”

Yes, Biff likes his Ass barbecued and his spare rib fried.
Cobble, go to town with this one. 😉

I don’t think anyone will figure this one out, ever. And it is definitely not the obvious. And don’t ask the subject, I’m sure he doesn’t understand it either.

    Cobble, as Biff stated:

“cobblehiller, BRG always knows what she’s saying…I quite certain her wording was intentional, but good for you, sometimes the hidden meanings are quite tough to find!

  2. cobble, have you figured out my hidden posts yet, esp. the spare rib one?
btw – you, or I don’t think anybody for that matter, will EVER figure out that one. AND It’s not the obvious.

  3. Ordering a coffee “regular” is actually quite common in New England — but there “regular” means half and half and a ton of sugars.

Also, black and white cookies are actually from upstate, and they’re *really* not called black and white cookies; they’re half moon cookies.

  4. “Correct, I am a NIECE HATER – THERE I SAID IT! God forgive me! Is there a 12 step program for that?”

I’m not sure, but if one was offered by the DILF in the red hoodie, I’m sure it would be a popular program!
