This is way-old news, but we’d somehow managed to not notice this collapsed building at 134 Division Avenue in Williamsburg for the past year and a half. Based upon this Full Vacate Order that was issued in January 2009, there was a fire at the former health center. More recently, it looks like the same owner filed to put up a new building on the site. It looks like the whole fire thing might end up working out for him too: The new building would be six stories of residential. GMAP
