111 Kent Avenue Makes It Official

Yesterday Curbed noted the official launch of 111 Kent Avenue, Williamsburg’s newest rental. (We noticed that listings started trickling out for the building, which had been stalled until recently, last month.) Now a bunch of listings are live on the Aptsandlofts.com website; one and two bedrooms range from $2,794 to $4,140/month. Among the amenities: a plunge pool and zen garden. What do ya think?
