Forbes is using taste buds to weigh in on the Davidovich bagel controversy. For the uninitiated, Davidovich Bakery in Queens is suing Dunkin’ Donuts for their use of the word “artisan” when describing their bagels. You may have seen the commercials for said “artisan” bagels, featuring a bunch of kids on a simulated NYC stoop defining the word. Though you shouldn’t judge a bagel by it’s shiny exterior, according to Forbes, you actually should. Forbes found that Davidovich was indeed the winner when it came to bagelcraft, and should we be surprised? Queens scores a hole in one in any bagel throw down. The bagelporn below is provided by Davidovich. It’s almost NSFW… Just kidding. Don’t know what the celery is supposed to illustrate.
