QNYC real estate listings of the day – homes in LIC, Woodside, and East Elmhurst

Here is a roundup of properties we’ve featured on QueensNYC this week – a couple of condos, a co-op, and a house in LIC, Woodside, and East Elmhurst.

5-19 Borden Ave., #2A, Long Island City, NY 11101 (GMAP) – This 2 bed/2 bath condo in the Murano building is priced at $895,000. Some of the sweet aspects of this unit include north and west exposures, a 98 square foot balcony, and this soaking tub in the bathroom. The Murano is also a “green building,” with the use of eco-friendly building materials and energy efficient appliances. The building is convenient to the Vernon-Jackson 7 stop on the subway (one stop from Grand Central), the Hunters Point LIRR, and the East River Ferry. It is also close to the LIE and the Queens Midtown Tunnel.

59-17 48th Ave, Woodside, NY 11377 (GMAP) – This 4 bed/2 bath house in Woodside is priced at $675,000. It has updated appliances in the kitchen. And plenty of hardwood floors. It also has a backyard. It’s about a mile to the 61st Street express 7 stop, which is also where the Woodside LIRR station is. It’s very convenient to the BQE.

32-22 92nd St, East Elmhurst, NY 11369 (GMAP) – This 2 bed/1 bath co-op in East Elmhurst is priced at $157,500. It has an updated kitchen with lots of counter space. And plenty of hardwood floors. The building is not located very near a train line – it’s about 8/10 of a mile from the express 7 stop at Junction Blvd. It is near Astoria Blvd where the Q19 runs, which will get you to Astoria in about 10 minutes and Flushing in about 10-15. It’s one of the fastest buses in Queens, according to anecdotal evidence.

10-40 46th Road #2F, Long Island City, NY 11101 (GMAP) – This 2 bed/2 bath condo in Long Island City is priced at $899,000. As you can see in the photo above, it has hardwood floors and big windows. The kitchen has Caesar Stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The building has a virtual doorman, indoor/outdoor private parking, a roof deck, and a gym. The building is a short walk to the Vernon-Jackson 7 stop, the 21st Street G stop, and is convenient to the LIE and Pulaski Bridge.
