LIC Condo Development Readies for the Market While Another Sells Out

Here’s your LIC condo news for the day! First off, Aptsandlofts.com will launch sales at The Millstone this April, a new 8-story, 14-unit development located at 41-18 27th Street. The one- and two-bedrooms units will be priced between $480,000 to $799,000. Finishes include large double-paned windows, solid Brazilian teak floors, built-in closets and a washer/dryer in each unit. There will also be a roof deck on the 9th floor. Secondly, The Real Deal reports that Modern Spaces sold out the Five27 development at 5-27 51st Avenue. The complex, which launched in May, holds 27 studio, one- and two-bedroom units. The first day of showings here brought 40 different appointments — one prospective buyer even bum rushed a line of people waiting to check out apartments. Prices ranged from $430,000 all the way up to $2,400,000.
