Court Square Property Asks $23.5 Million

Brookfield Financial plans to put the site at 27-21 44th Drive on the market this week for $23,500,000, reports The Real Deal. The parcel is made up of three adjoining lots zoned R9/M1-5 for as-of-right residential use, and offers approximately 114,400 buildable square feet. The current owners assembled this site for just under $10,000,000, with two different purchases between 2011 and 2013.
