Aptsandlofts.com just listed condo units at The Millstone, LIC’s newest condo development at 41-18 27th Street between 41st Avenue and Queens Plaza North. Currently the firm has a 561-square-foot one bedroom asking $480,000 up to a 1,159-square-foot two bedroom asking $799,000. Finishes on the 14 one- and two-bedroom units include double-paned windows, Brazilian teak floors and washer/dryer units. The interiors look pretty typical in regards to all the other new development condos hitting the market in LIC.

The Millstone’s official grand opening is scheduled for April 10th from 6 to 7:30pm, by appointment only. Something tells us these units will move fast, given the current trend of condos selling in this neighborhood.
