Rèst-âü-Ránt in Long Island City likes to bring in the first Monday of every month with a hog helping of grease, celebrating the type of deliciousness that only a fried strip of bacon can provide. Tonight, the bar will be featuring bacon cocktails, bacon food specials and beer, aka bacon’s bff. The all-night happy hour starts at 4 p.m. and lasts until 2 a.m. and will feature beer from Aecht Schlenkerla Brewery. And if you think there are only a few cocktails that can be made with bacon, apparently, there are tons according to baconvodka.com
