We’re quite fond of this Kew Gardens co-op, at 117-01 Park Lane South in the Hampton Court complex. There are two bedrooms and 1,000 square feet. The arched entryways, crown moldings and hardwood floors are lovely, the kitchen’s small but it looks renovated. You can’t beat the location, right off Forest Park, or the complex, which is known for its courtyard and well-maintained buildings. It’s asking a total of $260,000. Think that sounds about right?
