Listing of the Day: 39 Bow Street

We are absolutely drooling over the exterior at 39 Bow Street, a home for sale in Forest Hills Gardens. The interior, however, needs serious work. There are some outdated design elements as well as visible wear to the bones of the house. We think the ask of $1,629,000 is pushing it, but at the end of the day it’s a large property (3,600 square feet) with quite the impressive brick facade. What do you think?
