A Few Big Sales in Forest Hills

As the new year kicks off, a few big sales hit public records for Forest Hills homes. First up: 33 Bow Street, a Brick tudor in Forest Hills Gardens that sold for $1,685,000. It’s just a few doors down from this brick Tudor now on the market. The home last sold for $1,680,000 in 2006. There aren’t any interior photos available, but PropertyShark says the house is a total of 2,509 square feet.

Second up: the Colonial-style home at 108-58 68th Avenue sold for $1,400,000. Here’s what the old listing says: “This Desirably Located Home in Cord Meyer-Forest Hills features exquisite details and finishes in every single room. Walk into the Large Living room with a Cozy Fireplace, Spacious Bedrooms with New Custom Closets, Beautiful Eat in Kitchen area and finished basement with Bay Area.” Photos show a nicely kept interior. The home was listed in the summer of last year for $1,695,000.
