It’s just a few doors down from this brick Tudor now on the market. The home last sold for $1,680,000 in 2006. There aren’t any interior photos available, but PropertyShark says the house is a total of 2,509 square feet.
Second up: the Colonial-style home at 108-58 68th Avenue sold for $1,400,000.
