$14 Million for a Flushing Parking Lot

A parking lot in Flushing, at 142-32 37th Avenue between Union and Bowne Streets, just hit public records for a hefty sum. “East West Tower LLC” bought the parcel for $14,000,000. The property spans four different lots, including one with frontage on both 37th and 38th avenues. According to PropertyShark, it’s all zoned for residential use. Way back in 2002 the previous owners filed an application for an 11-story, 88-unit building that obviously never materialized. GMAP
