Forest Hills Home Sale Tops $4 Million!

It’s become a hobby of ours to track the big-ticket sales in Forest Hills Gardens, and man — is this one a doozy. The Tudor single-family home at 72 Tennis Place just hit public records for $4,300,000. It looks like Sotheby’s listed the home but has since pulled the listing. We found one interior photo, which you can see after the jump. Otherwise, Streeteasy tells us that the pad is 3,798 square feet but not much else. Anybody have more intel on this home and its sale?
