It’s a three bedroom that’s been thoroughly renovated and doesn’t look too exciting from the inside. The size of the apartment is also unclear — the listing says it only takes up the second floor. $2,900 a month for an apartment in this stubby blue home, what do you think?
33-06 35th Avenue [Keller Williams] GMAP
you can find the “before” photos on propertyshark from before the building was sold. kitchen is dramatically improved.
i have in my notes the building size is 1480 square feet excluding cellar which probably puts the apartment at ~650-700 square feet.
is it worth over $4 per square foot as a rental? uh, no. you can find true gut reno’s in astoria proper for $3. good area, but not that good.
hell no
The price gouging in this neighborhood is disgusting.
