The total lack of pictures leave much to the imagination, and the listing says you’ll have to “restore this classic to its old world charm.” The home is also located behind a commercial property and is nestled between 31st and 33rd streets. Anybody know the state of this home, and if the price is fair?

Huh, very interesting. Thanks for the details…. we’ll keep our eye out and see if it ever sells.

This house has been on the market in one form or another for a while. They were trying to sell the lot, then subdivide it, then had sales which were contingent on subdivision, now back to this mystery. It was too sketchy for me to look at when I was checking out houses in the area.
From the looks of it, the lot wasn’t yet subdivided, and the listing claims that the sale is only for the residential property. No idea how that deed works… listing also says it needs restoration.
My decision was to stay far, far away, especially at this price.
