It’s so depressing to see Astoria rent so insanely high. This area, while offering nice views, is so far from a grocery store, bodega, or train stop… not to mention, I wouldn’t feel necessarily safe or happy walking home after dark while living here… I lived in Astoria for 10 years before moving out to Rego Park because of this.
Who are the fools paying for these apartments??
Is that a convenience store or an apartment???
