QueensNYC event highlight: Writers' Happy Hour in LIC

This casual two-hour happy hour tonight at LIC’s Oracle Club – a workspace for writers and artists, and an arts club – is worth attending for the club’s gorgeously decorated salon alone. Organizer Grace Bello (who has written for the Awl and The Atlantic, and teaches writing with Skillshare) promises a laid-back and informative evening with “no agenda; just have a beverage, relax and mingle.” The $5 admission includes a glass of wine or beer.
