The fix is in. Wreck-It Ralph is a 3D, computer-animated film about a villain who jumps between video games at an arcade. One day, the first-person shooter game Hero’s Duty arrives featuring tough-as-nails Sergeant Tamora Jean Calhoun. Looking to rebel against his lot in life and be a good guy, Ralph sneaks into Hero’s Duty with a plan to win a medal, but instead he destroys everything and accidentally unleashes a deadly enemy that threatens every game in the arcade. Ralph is doomed to be even more hated until he gets help from Vanellope von Schweetz, a young, troublemaking “glitch” from a candy-coated cart-racing game. On March 15 and the following two Fridays — when admission is free after 2 pm — the New York Hall of Science will screen this 2012 fantasy-comedy, which features voices by Sarah Silverman, Ed O’Neill and John C. Reilly.
