See what happens when the mob world meets the publishing world! On March 7, the Queens Theatre will host the world premiere of HIT-LIT, a play that has been described as “a mistaken-identity screwball comedy in the tradition of Tootsie.” A satire of the publishing world, this original work tells the story of Phoebe Saint-Anne, an ambitious young editor who is searching for the next best seller. It was penned by Emmy Award-winning actor, comedian and writer Robert Wuhl, who created and starred in the HBO series Arliss. His credits also include Flashdance, Bull Durham and Tim Burton’s Batman.
