The blog BuzzBuzzHome dug up more details about the recently resuscitated Windsor Terrace development 23 Caton Place. Previously, it was unclear who owned this building or what the final design would look like. But they are reporting that the development is now financed by “an Israeli group of investors,” who plan to market the build as a rental. The Karl Fischer rendering is officially out of date, and while no one has found the new one by DJ Associates, it should be a modern style in brick. (Here’s the firm’s portfolio.) The 126-unit rental should wrap construction next year.
