It may come as a shock to you, 12:28 but not everybody aspires to be surrounded by self-described “creative types in their 20s and 30s” or the bars and restaurants that cater to them.
That neighborhood has become so monolithic and boring, I’m glad I cashed in and moved on when I did.
Does anyone remember the fire in this building? If I recall correctly, it involved squatters and a gas lamp.
Yup. My dad was a volunteer firefighter for decades. The R0 220 is code for them.

The Boxed in X is a warning to firefighters indicating the property is dangerous to enter in the case of a fire. RO 220 is a code for specifics of the dangers contained therein.
Most of the time abandoned or properties to be demolished have the printed scuba diving like plaque on one of the entrances or in an obvious window.

This building is a burned-out decaying hulk. There is no reason to try to save what little remains of it.
