A new Domino’s pizza has occupied what the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership folks say has been a vacant storefront for a long, long time, at 328 Myrtle Avenue between Carlton and Washington Park. They’re hoping Domino’s interest will attract other new businesses to the block, too. GMAP

  1. Surprised anyone else has been there. I haven’t been there since 2006 though….moved to Brooklyn in early 2007.

Always with mushrooms on the side and a baked potato with extra sour cream.

Who’s got a good prime rib in Brooklyn other than Luger’s?

I get a pretty damn good steak tartare at Jolie on Atlantic. The best though is Les Halles

  2. I’m from NYC and I gotta agree with Dave. The prime rib at that Outback (55th) is pretty darn amazing. I haven’t had it at any other Outback either. However, I have had it at Smith & Wollensky’s and I prefer Outbacks! I like mine with the mushroom side though.

  3. I’m actually used to go there because there were a lot of different sports programs on the myltitude of TVs in the bar…and of course for the bloomin’ onion!!!! The prime rib is way above the level of a Tad’s or any other chain. And yes, I was surprised by that. The last point I should have added in my first post.
