breaksHM_V.jpgSomehow we missed this major retail news from Tuesday: H&M “has officially signed a 15-year lease at property owner Al Laboz’s 497 Fulton Street building on the Fulton Street Mall. The 29,600-square-foot store, between Hoyt and Bridge streets, will be H&M’s first street location Brooklyn,” reports the Observer. Due to construction, it won’t open until 2010.

  2. BRG…you can actually just hookup on a website, exchange photos, numbers and addresses and they’ll come over the next day. it’s pretty simple in our world. The bars, drinks, dinners are no longer necessary.
