Somehow we missed this major retail news from Tuesday: H&M “has officially signed a 15-year lease at property owner Al Laboz’s 497 Fulton Street building on the Fulton Street Mall. The 29,600-square-foot store, between Hoyt and Bridge streets, will be H&M’s first street location Brooklyn,” reports the Observer. Due to construction, it won’t open until 2010.

That’s true, DIBS. But as the organizer of the event, I feel I can at least divulge that I don’t think 11217 will be disappointed by Rob’s appearance (but I’m straight – so take that for what it’s worth). And he’s a very friendly and outgoing as well. Sheesh, between this recommendation and the fact I brought to 11217’s attention the fact Rob’s stated he prefers guys, I think I should be the best man at the wedding!
