66 Rockwell Almost Glassed Up

The exterior of 66 Rockwell — the 327-unit rental being developed by Dermot at the intersection of Flatbush, Fulton and Rockwell Place in Fort Greene — is nearing completion. This photo shows that as of March the window glass had made it up about a third of the building; as of last week, it was about three-quarters complete. At this pace, the exterior should be complete by the early fall so we’re guessing they’re looking for move-ins in the first quarter of next year. Applications for the 63 affordable units closed in May and the teaser website promises that the 264 market-rate apartments will be up for grabs soon.
