Grand Avenue Condos Stalled Again?

It’s been slow progress at 474 Grand Avenue, the four-story, eight-unit development going up in Clinton Hill. (Building started two years ago.) After being stalled for a while, the development picked up some steam, although recently it looks as if things have stalled again. And we’re guessing the final product won’t look like this anymore, judging from the windows on the under-construction facade. Back then, there were plans for two condos on the first floor with private backyards and lower-level rec rooms, with six more condos on the upper floors, two of which came with balconies.
