A Karl Fischer Build Coming to Clinton Hill

As BuzzBuzzHome reported yesterday, Karl Fischer is designing a building that will go in on the corner of Fulton and Downing Streets in Clinton Hill. The Department of Buildings is processing a new building application for eight stories and 32 units. They have not yet issued a demolition permit for the former Fairhaven Funeral Chapel or new building permits. According to BuzzBuzzHome, the mixed-use building will have 27,258 square feet of residential space with bike storage and private terraces. It’s unclear if the development will extend into the empty lot on the corner of Downing Street, since public records show the lots belong to different owners.
