Bright Stuyvesant Heights Three-Bedroom Asks $2,895 Per Month

This three-bedroom rental at 810 Jefferson Avenue in Stuyvesant Heights looks spacious and reasonably attractive, and with three exposures it gets a lot of light. It appears to be a decent deal as well — as a share, it’d cost under a grand a month per roommate.

There’s no floor plan, so bedrooms could be pretty small. But the living and dining rooms are large and well lit, and draw charm from some original molding. Floors aren’t original, sadly.

The kitchen is minimalist, with little counter space, but what’s there is new. (Presumably a new stove and refrigerator are on the way.)

In an ideal world we’d be looking at steam radiators instead of baseboard heaters, and there are those who might opt to swap out the pink wall color as well. But such things are livable.

The broker is Gina Castellano of Stribling, and the rent is $2,895 a month. Seem like a good deal?
