Work Spotted at the St. Teresa Building Complex

It’s been pretty quiet over at the St. Teresa building complex at St. Johns Place and Classon Avenue; the three buildings are being renovated into a training academy complex for New York State Court officers. It was only yesterday some noticeable signs of construction appeared at the site. The renovation, which will make space for classrooms, dorms and a training facility, is expected to wrap next summer. The complex was previously boarded up for 20 years.
