So is the Hospital Curtain around the loft for when things get even closer?!
Why not open the wall between the kitchen and living space?
Living simply is a requirment for a space like this and takes a special type of person. Bravo. Great space.
how many times have you fallen out of a bed, 1:38?
it’s such an odd thing to say…i’ve slept in a very low bed for years and never fallen out, so i’m not sure why it being farther above the ground would make it any more likely….
is falling out of high beds some sort of old waives tale?
very nice use of space, but i would be very worried about falling out of that bed!!
funny, I thought she was making the bed, fluffing the pillows…
Brenda, that’s funny. I’m not sure I would be spinning anything too rambunctiously up there, risking crashing through a glass coffee table below all for the sake of entertaining a pet.
The lady on the loft bed appears to be spinning something around to distract the cat, and it’s not working.
Props to Tony and Hilary! I hired them to redesign a bathroom in my brownstone. They are both architects, consumate professionals, creative, and super easy to work with. I was very happy with their work and suggestions on the design/layout and would be happy to discuss further if anyone needs 2 great architects. Leave email/phone and I will respond.
FYI -the bathroom is almost finished and I can send pics and layout if interested.
Great use of space. The loft bed with office underneath is very clever, as is all of the built in storage.
I don’t think I could live in it with someone else though. You’d have to hide in the bathroom to get any personal space. It would have to be me and the cat.
big rooms and candles in silver holders….
hmmm…tried wysteria lane?
(p.s. people who need the things you describe and denounce others for not wanting or needing those things don’t have very fulfilling lives on their own accord. just so you know…)
