I lived down the street from this property for years and always appreciated its ghost house quality. either that or as the house where Stuart Little lived. The location is excellent and if the renovation is done well the house could be amazing.
Spoke with the old guy. The rumor was that they were going to put in an 8 story extension,but that looks unlikely now.
They did full interior demo work, they had a plumbing contractor in, and now have roofing guys on top.
Assuming 500k to reno this, it gets you a place for about 3.0MM, which seems quite high considering how small this house is.
